And Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between HOTEL BOUTIQUE PETIT PARIS and guests who book accommodation and complementary services. By confirming a reservation, the guest declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions.
2. Reservations and Confirmation
• Reservations may be made through the official website, email, telephone, or authorised booking portals.
• The reservation will only be considered confirmed once 100% of the total amount of the stay has been paid.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the reservation.
3. Payment Policy
• Full Payment: The total cost of the accommodation must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
• The Hotel reserves the right to request a valid credit card as a guarantee for potential consumptions, damages or additional charges.
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations
• Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellation 7 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival: no refund will be issued.
No-Show and Early Departure
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, without refund.
These policies apply to all rates unless expressly stated otherwise in the contracted offer.
The cancellation conditions of the booked rate apply in all cases, including unforeseen personal circumstances such as illness, hospitalisation, death of a family member, transport issues or other exceptional situations.
Once the applicable cancellation deadline has passed, no refunds, vouchers or credits for future stays will be offered. This policy applies equally to all our guests in order to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
For this reason, we strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance to cover potential financial losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from travelling.
5. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: From 14:00 onwards.
• Check-out: Until 11:00.
• After check-out, guests may continue to enjoy the Hotel’s facilities, including common areas, outdoor pool, solarium and designated showers, for the remainder of the day, at no additional cost.
• Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
• Guests must present a valid identification document and a credit card as a guarantee at check-in.
6. Taxes and Fees
Prices do not include the Balearic Government’s Tourist Eco Tax, which will be applied according to current regulations.
7. Room Occupancy
• Only registered guests may access the rooms.
• It is not permitted to exceed the maximum authorised occupancy per room.
• The Hotel reserves the right to apply additional charges in cases of non-compliance or misuse of the facilities.
8. Rules of Conduct During the Stay
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel, in accordance with current legislation.
• Parties and behaviour that may disturb the rest, safety or privacy of other guests are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to furniture, facilities or equipment, and the Hotel is authorised to charge the corresponding costs to the credit card provided.
• Pets are not permitted under any circumstances, with the exception of certified guide dogs.
9. Hotel Facilities and Services
HOTEL BOUTIQUE PETIT PARIS offers its guests the following facilities and services:
• Gym
• Sauna
• Heated indoor pool
• Turkish bath
• Outdoor pool
• Solarium with two jacuzzis
• Breakfast buffet
• 24-hour reception service
Use of certain facilities may be subject to specific safety or conduct rules, as well as established opening hours.
10. Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The Hotel may restrict access for minors to certain areas intended exclusively for rest or wellness.
11. Valuables and Liability
• Rooms are equipped with a safe for storing valuables. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of belongings not placed inside the safe.
• Lost items will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days.
• The Hotel’s liability is limited to the provisions established under current tourism regulations in the Balearic Islands.
12. Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be liable for delays, modifications or failure to comply with its obligations due to force majeure events, such as adverse weather conditions, power outages, health-related situations, labour disputes or any other circumstances beyond its control.
13. Data Protection
The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Spanish Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Data will be used exclusively for reservation management, billing and fulfilment of legal obligations.
14. Amendments to the Terms
The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The conditions applicable will be those in force on the date the guest makes the reservation.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law and the regulations of the Balearic Islands.
Both parties submit, unless otherwise required by law, to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
